I’ve been to this location twice and each time, I’ve been attended to within a few minutes. The ladies are very polite and attentive to your needs. They make sure to ask if you like your nails as they’re working, which is pretty amazing. The space is also clean and well maintained
I have been here a few times and it’s always a lovely experience. The owner Tan is a very nice lady. I don’t get my nails done often but it makes me want to come all the time!
I was a walk-in for an acrylic nail fill. A bit of a tough one due to how the ombre of my last set was done. She did a great job working with the dark base colour I had, and they turned out great! Reasonable price. Will return for sure!
Very bad experience, left crying. Had my nails done with tips added previously (see last photo). Went to salon and they quoted me $25 for removals and $25 for gel. Previous salons only charged me $10 for removal so I was surprised. The lady started to remove with the drill and noticed some of the under layer of the last nails I had were chipping so she recommended a full removal which I agreed to after they explained the benefits. The lady started to pull my nails off with a fake plastic nail and then grabbed pliers to pull it off. She started breaking my natural pinky nail (see photo). I stopped her and told her that is the wrong way to take nails off as it damages it. The other lady working there (owner?) claimed it was because I was worried about the cost so they were doing it cheaper. Then they pulled out the acetone and said they will use that to remove it but I had seen enough red flags so I said I’d pay for the hand they started but thankfully the lady said I did not have to pay as she felt bad. Never will I ever go here again. Stay far away if you want to protect your nails.
Went to get a manicure and pedicure and I will never be back. She didn't do the design requested (See Pictures) the nails are chunky, crooked, and uneven. There's splotchy polish and polish left around the nail. As you can see, there was also no cuticle work done, and one of the charms fell off the next day (these pictures are 2 days after they were done by the way) and the price was more than what I was told when I booked the appointment (and stated exactly what I wanted) it was 30 dollars more by the end. I also got a pedicure and the lady doing my feet kept making comments on how small my toenails are. She then was talking to the other workers, bringing them over and showing them my feet... absolutely humiliating. I have never been treated this way at any other salon. And before you ask why I didn't speak up, imagine knowing you're being talked about in another language. Imagine someone bringing people over to look at your nails and look at your toes, making comments you can't understand but you can tell are about you. This place turned what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday present into a nightmare. I wish I could give zero stars.
